Jeff Mannes (pronouns: he/him or they/them) is a social scientist, speaker, city guide, sex educator and freelance author from Luxembourg and has lived in Berlin since 2014. He works for ICH WEISS WAS ICH TU, the gay prevention campaign of Deutsche Aidshilfe and is a freelance city guide on Berlin's history of sexuality, Berlin club culture and the queer and trans history of Berlin. In Luxembourg, he is part of the Comité Prostitution, a committee that advises the government on sex work policy.
