Marharyta Kuzmina (she/her) is an international law lawyer from Belarus, currently living in Luxembourg. She is a double refugee: first a political refugee from Belarus, and later a war refugee from Ukraine. She has previously collaborated with the Red Cross in Belarus and Ukraine, and in Luxembourg, she is actively involved with Amnesty International Luxembourg. An activist and ally of the LGBTIQ+ community, she focuses her work and public engagement on the protection of human rights and vulnerable groups.
