Otilia Dragan (she/her) is a Romanian-Luxembourgish journalist and writer who studied English, European cultures, and fantasy literature in Luxembourg and Glasgow. She is involved in the Centre LGBTIQ+ CIGALE's PanBi+ community group and runs a monthly-ish, semi-exclusive LGBTQ+ book club. She cherishes local community building and can be found at theatre plays, at the cinema, and at museum exhibitions.
